General Information

The Street is home to a dynamic mix of exceptional shopping, dining and entertainment destinations including Showcase SuperLux, Davio's Cucina, Intermix, Calypso St. Barth, Vince, Bluemercury, Jonathan Adler, Legal Sea Foods, Del Frisco's Grille, The Cottage, Star Market and more. As part of a major redevelopment currently underway, existing shops will be joined by other best-in-class retailers and restaurants. The 406,000-square-foot property is conveniently located along Route 9 between Hammond Street and Hammond Pond Parkway.

Shop Local

Shops at The Street include over 15 independently owned boutiques and eateries, such as Portobello Road, Ku De Ta, skoah, Rosie's Bakery, Treat Cupcake Bar and Eyespot. These one-of-a-kind locations lend a local charm to the Chestnut Hill neighborhood, and you'll often find shop owners helping guests select new favorite eyewear, taking fresh-baked treats out of the oven, or finding the perfect look for an evening out.

Pet Friendly Locations

Want to bring your pup out for a stroll? Visit Polkadog Bakery for a curated selection of toys, accessories, fresh food, locally made treats and more. Or, dine on the Shake Shack patio and indulge your dog with the signature Pooch-ini or Bag O' Bones, developed for our four-legged friends by the restaurant's head chef. Fresh water and complimentary treats are also available at many boutiques throughout the property.
